About The Venture Aventura
The Developer
The Venture was developed by Related Group, the Miami based company founded by Jorge M. Pérez in 1979. Over more than four decades, Related has built and managed over 100,000 residences and recorded more than $50 billion in sales, helping shape neighborhoods from Brickell to Edgewater. Known for pairing architecture with museum quality art, Related brought that same attention to design to Aventura, partnering with Arquitectonica on The Venture's two towers.
The Venture Aventura Development
Designed by Arquitectonica, The Venture pairs an 11-story East Tower with a 7-story West Tower. Nine one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans range from 752 to 1,412 square feet, with open layouts, granite countertops, European-style cabinetry and private balconies.
Luxury Living
Four pools including a lap pool and heated spa, a fitness center and sauna, a meditation lawn, clubroom, screening room, cyber café and business center. Twenty-four hour attended lobbies, valet parking and a vehicle wash area round out daily services.
Location
The Venture sits in the heart of Aventura, steps from Loehmann's Fashion Island and about a mile from Aventura Mall. The Don Soffer Exercise Trail is nearby, and the beaches of Sunny Isles are a short drive east. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 20 minutes away and Miami International about 30.
